WELCOME BACK TO THE ROSCOE / FALLBROOK NEIGHBORHOOD COALITION or RFNC SITE
HELP PREVENT A WEST HILLS NIGHTMARE!
The proposed Fallbrook Point Project FPP warehousing facility is not just compatible with our West Hills Community in so many ways.
There is strong support of over 500 neighbor signatures in total opposition to building 10 large truck bays at Roscoe & Fallbrook here in West Hills.
This will not only increase traffic, noise, pollution, etc. it will include constant heavy truck activity from 6am to 7pm daily.
There are NO other warehouse facilities located in West Hills.
It has been an uphill battle however the RFNC is still moving forward.
The RFNC is also in contact with Attorney General AG, Rob Bonta’s department offices.
The AG has helped other Southern California cities against invasive warehouse facilities
in their neighborhoods.
